Happy Mothers Day

Just checking in to wish all our wonderful friends a Happy Mothers Day. Wheather you are a mother to 2 legged children or a mother to the 4 legged children like me hope it is a great day. And just to let you know Karen and Fred are officially sailing and grazing on the ship. I know they are having fun and it was a much needed time for R&R for them. If you are reading guys have fun.

Santi and Cara! Beautiful Designs

Last Saturday at MidSouths Best Sewing!

Hatched in Africa and All Sorts Embroidery!!!

Santi and Cara, two very talented ladies which happen to be mother and daughter (shown here with Karen) were with us this past Saturday. They presented a beautiful trunk show of their designs. As you can tell we were just popping at the seams (no pun intended) with ladies attending not only to meet Santi and Cara, but to take advantage of the great sale at MidSouth's Best Sewing! They really got some bargains!

Electric Quilt fans, version 7 is on its way! It will combine all we love about version 6 with fabulous new features, including so many ways to use photographs and other images they'll have their own worktable. That's right: EQ7 has an Images Worktable in addition to those for working on blocks and quilts. Stay tuned for more, including the date when the software (full version or upgrade) will be available in our store.

We Love Julie Hall...and her designs too! Last week was a blast with Julie teaching her stumpwork at MidSouth's Best. If you missed Julie, you really missed a treat! Her trunk show was absolutely beautiful. Come in and see her designs and you will have to agree. See you soon!
